Refund policy
We will issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged or defective (photo or video evidence required within 30 days of delivery)
- Wrong Items: Incorrect products, sizes, or colors delivered (photo evidence of item and packaging required)
- Non-Delivery: Orders not delivered within 60 days from ship date (45 days for U.S. orders). If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, a non-delivery certification from the carrier is required.
- Order Cancellation: Orders canceled before processing or shipping
Non-Refundable Items
- Orders showing as delivered (unless carrier non-delivery certification is provided)
- Damaged packaging when the product itself is undamaged and functional
- Orders older than 90 days from purchase date
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse Digital Downloads: All digital products (including digital art prints, downloadable files, and instant downloads) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for digital products.

- Provide clear photo or video evidence showing the defect or error
- Wait for approval before returning any items
- Once approved, you may be asked to keep defective items - no return shipping required in most cases
