Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.

- Brazil: May take up to 110 days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-5 days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Delivery Issues
- Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within 60 days from ship date (45 days for U.S. orders), please contact us for assistance.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 30 days with a non-delivery certification from your local postal carrier.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.
